《Ah Pii's Healthy Snack - dehydrated pumpkin sticks》

*Recipe*
Ingredients:
1 whole pumpkin
-that's all-

Method:
1) Cut the pumpkin into 4.
2) Steam till soft.
3) Scrap the pumpkin from the skin & mash.
4) Fill up the piping bag (if you don't have a piping bag, use a plastic bag. Once filled up, cut the corner tip-works the same).
5) Grease the dehydrator tray & press the piping bag gently by lining up the mashed pumpkin on the tray. Takes practice to perfect this.
6) Set the trays on the dehydrator & wait till the sticks set. Took me about 10 hours.
